JT attended the annual Avaya Engage conference held in Las Vegas, a forum for the Avaya user and partner community to converge and understand the vendor’s plans for the year ahead. It proved to be an energising week with more than 2,600 customers and partners in sell-out attendance. Kevin Kennedy, CEO opened the conference and presented a compelling and motivated approach to the transformation of Avaya and how they will be leading the business to meet market and client requirements.
Throughout the conference both the vendor and partners offered a number of breakout education sessions on the key themes of the event which focussed upon a move to the cloud, unified communications via Equinox and a continued investment in the contact centre portfolio with the Oceana and Breeze portfolios. Avaya leaders shared their strategy for helping customers successfully navigate through Digital Transformation, announcing a total of nine innovative new solutions and powerful partnerships.
JT took the opportunity to meet with key members of the Avaya management team and a number of end users who showed interest in JT’s global capability with Avaya and how we are able to facilitate the transition to a future state with Avaya.
