FAQs
What does “put every workload in the right place” mean?
Managed private cloud is a dedicated cloud environment designed for one organisation. JT manages the underlying platform, including the core compute, storage and networking components, while the responsibilities for applications and data are agreed around your needs.
Is this the same as hybrid cloud?
Hybrid cloud may form part of the answer, but JT’s approach starts more broadly with the workload and business outcome. We consider the appropriate combination of public cloud, private cloud, infrastructure, connectivity and data protection rather than beginning with a fixed architecture.
Do we have to move everything to a new environment?
No. We can help you review what you already have, identify where change would create value and prioritise practical next steps. Some workloads may be well placed today, while others may benefit from greater control, improved protection or a different operating model.
