**Service Announcement Update; CI broadband customers**
Following our previous update, we can confirm that our engineers have now completed the work, resolving the issues impacting a small number of our broadband customers and normal service has resumed.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and if you are still having issues connecting to your broadband, please switch your router off and then on again (at the power socket) in order for it to re-connect to the network.

The forecasted days of turbulent weather as a meeting of high and low pressure front converge to create heavy thunder and rain storms could cause damage to our landline, broadband or mobile network and create connectivity problems for our customers.
If you have an alternative form of communication, our advice is to consider unplugging your routers and phones before the lightning storm.
