As part of our ongoing commitment to provide a high quality, reliable and secure service to our customers, regular maintenance and upgrades on the JT Network will be required. Details of scheduled routine maintenance for the coming weeks can be found below. The work has been carefully planned to take place during lower usage periods to minimise any possible disruption to our customers. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to make improvements to the network which enables us to provide a safe and secure service to you and apologise in advance for any minor loss of service this may cause.

Service Incidents and Disruptions

One-Time Passwords (OTPs)
We are aware that, over the past few weeks, some customers have been experiencing difficulties in receiving one-time passwords (OTPs) via SMS from banks and retailers. We wish to reassure you that these messages are not being blocked by local networks. This is a problem affecting customers of all Channel Islands operators. We are working with the other CI operators to advise the companies responsible for delivering these messages of the issues, hoping to find a resolution. Together we have issued some guidance for customers who are currently not receiving OTPs. Read guidance >>
